Enforcement responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for clarifying standards of acceptable behavior and will take appropriate and fair corrective action in response to behavior they deem inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful. (contributor-covenant.org)

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all conference spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing Signals Berlin or its community (e.g., speaking at the event, posting from official channels, or acting as an appointed representative). (contributor-covenant.org)

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please contact any organizer or any Program Committee (PC) member listed on the website. If you can, include: what happened, where/when, who was involved, and any relevant context (screenshots, names, witnesses).

Enforcement guidelines

Organizers may apply the following community impact guidelines: (contributor-covenant.org)

  1. Correction — A private, clear request to stop the behavior.
  2. Warning — A formal warning with conditions for continued participation.
  3. Temporary removal — Temporary expulsion from conference spaces and/or activities.
  4. Permanent removal — Expulsion from the event (and potentially future events).
